Mark holds Bachelor degrees in Law (honours) and Commerce. Prior to joining Momentum Legal, Mark was a Senior Associate at Western Australia’s largest independent law firm.

Mark has advised medical practices and aged care providers on negligence, safety and privacy matters.

Mark has acted both for and against insurers regarding indemnity, double insurance, proportionate liability, public liability, product liability, workers’ compensation and employers’ indemnity.

Mark has represented clients at the State Administrative Tribunal, WorkCover, Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Federal Magistrates Court and Federal Court.

Mark has advised not for profit associations on governance matters, including drafting constitutions and terms and conditions.
